TURBOMOLECULAR PUMPS…

Turbo pumps are disassembled, decontaminated, chemically cleaned, fully inspected and baked prior toreassembly. Failed parts are replaced as necessary and a new major repair kit; consisting of bearings, hardware and seals is used. The pump is leak tested, dynamically balanced and functionally tested for 24 hours to ensure that specified values are being achieved.

EDWARDS DRY PUMPS…

Edwards Dry Pumps are disassembled, photographed, and decontaminated. Claw rotors and sleeves are recoated to oem specifications. Any defective parts are replaced. All wear components; bearings, o-rings, gaskets shaft seals, non coated sleeves and shims are replaced. Once reassembled, the pump is leak tested and functionally operated for 36 hours to ensure OEM specifications are achieved.
